I am a psychotherapist based in Longwood, County Meath, offering a supportive and confidential space where clients can explore their inner world, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about helping people reconnect with their strengths, resources, and capacityfor growth.
I hold a BA in Psychology, a Higher Diploma in Personal Leadership and Executive Coaching, and a Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling. My background in both psychotherapy and coaching allows me to work in a way that is reflective, practical, and focused on change, while always respecting the pace and needs of each individual client. I specialise in working with anxiety and depression, and I support clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Many people come to therapy feeling that something isn’t right, even if they can’t fully explain why. My role is to help you make sense of your experience and discover new ways of relating to yourself and your life. Exploreing the root causes of what is going on and learning effective coping strategies to improve your mood and overall well-being.

I work from an integrative approach, meaning I draw on different therapeutic models depending on what best supports you. This includes elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, humanistic and existential approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor therapy to the individual, recognising that each person’s story and needs are unique.
A key part of my work is helping clients become aware of the inner resources they already have, even if these feel out of reach at times. Therapy can help you develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and choice in how you respond to life’s challenges.
Alongside psychological approaches, I also bring a spiritual perspective into my work where appropriate and welcomed by the client. This may involve exploring meaning, purpose, values, or a deeper sense of connection, always guided by what feels right for you.
My aim is to offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to be yourself and supported in moving towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
